Ubuntu Presentation

This upcoming Wednesday at 6 at 206 S. Fifth Ave. Suite 200, I’ll be giving an hour to hour and a half presentation to the Ann Arbor Computing society on Ubuntu/ Linux on the desktop on behalf of the Michigan loco team. I’ll be going over some interesting changes in the 2.6.23 kernel, showing the progress ubuntu has made in the last release, and also presenting on driver support and eye candy like compiz fusion. Also, I’ll just be talking about linux in general, and how people new to linux can get started. If you’re in Ann Arbor and feel like coming out, please feel free to do so!
